The Mirror Suite has been designed for leaders and managers at all levels, from those preparing for their first leadership role through to experienced senior leaders. Workshops can also be adapted for intact leadership teams seeking to strengthen collaboration, trust and organisational culture.

Eponathelia's workshops are built around memorable visual metaphors that encourage participants to think, reflect and discover insights for themselves. Rather than relying on lengthy presentations, each workshop combines discussion, practical application and guided reflection to create learning that is engaging, memorable and immediately relevant to the workplace.
Our approach encourages participants to develop greater awareness of themselves, their decisions and the impact they have on others, helping create meaningful and lasting behavioural change.
-
Each workshop is designed as a full-day programme.
The morning develops understanding through discussion, exploration and shared learning. The afternoon provides practical activities that allow participants to apply, experience and reflect upon what they have learned.
This combination helps embed learning, strengthen confidence and support meaningful behavioural change.

Participants receive carefully designed resources to support their learning, including practical exercises and opportunities for reflection that help reinforce key concepts beyond the workshop itself.

We'll begin with a conversation about your organisation, your objectives and the challenges you would like to address.
If you're unsure which workshop is most appropriate, we'll recommend the option—or combination of workshops—that best supports your goals.

-
Every successful workshop begins long before participants enter the room.
We begin by taking the time to understand your organisation, your objectives and the challenges you would like to address. This enables us to tailor discussions, examples and practical activities so that the workshop reflects your organisation and provides the greatest possible value.
We'll also work with you to agree the practical arrangements, answer any questions and ensure everything is in place for a productive and engaging learning experience from the moment the workshop begins.
-
The workshop is only the beginning of the learning journey.
Every participant receives a personal Leadership Reflection Journal to record observations, capture goals, reflect on experiences and encourage practical application back in the workplace.
To help sustain momentum, organisations also receive a 30-day Leadership Pulse Check, providing an opportunity to reflect on progress, celebrate successes and identify any areas requiring additional support.
A 90-day follow-up then encourages participants to review the changes they have implemented, evaluate their impact and consider the next steps in their leadership development.
Our aim is not simply to deliver an engaging workshop, but to support learning that leads to meaningful and lasting behavioural change.
